In beta β€” taking early users now

Your website can't tell you it has gone quiet.

More customers now ask an assistant instead of searching. xPresence asks the same questions they do, every week, and tells you the moment you stop being one of the answers β€” or the moment a competitor starts.

The free check takes 20 seconds and needs no account.

A customer asks:

"Can you recommend a good restaurant in Banbury?"

Three businesses get named. If you are not one of them, nothing happens β€” no bounce in your analytics, no lost ranking, no notification. The enquiry simply goes somewhere else, and you have no way of knowing it existed. That gap is the entire reason this product exists.

Four signals, one score

We report how often, never yes or no

Assistants do not give the same answer twice. Any tool that tells you flatly whether ChatGPT recommends you is reporting one roll of the dice as a fact. We ask every question 3 times per assistant and report the rate β€” "named in 2 of 15 runs, down from 6" β€” which is the only version of the figure that survives you checking it yourself, and the only one you can watch move.

And what to do about it

A score you can't act on is a decoration. Every result ends in specific actions, each citing the evidence that produced it and, where one exists, something you can verify yourself.

"Make sure Bing has you β€” ChatGPT's web search runs on it"

Plenty of small sites are indexed by Google and missing from Bing entirely, and a page Bing has never seen cannot be quoted back to someone asking ChatGPT for a recommendation. Verify: search Bing for site:yourdomain.co.uk β€” if it returns nothing, that is the problem.

"Your robots.txt blocks the AI crawlers"

You are asking to be recommended by systems you have told not to read your site. Nothing else can work until that changes β€” and it is a two-line fix.

"Get onto the pages the assistant actually read"

We show you which sources each answer was assembled from. Being complete and well-reviewed on those beats another page on your own site.

Why there are no prices here yet. Every panel run costs us real money at the AI providers (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and others), and we are still measuring exactly how much. We would rather publish a price once and honour it than publish an estimate and revise it. Beta users get told the price before it applies to them, and are not charged for the beta.

Join the beta

We'll email you when your panel is running, and again before any price applies. No card, and one email at a time.
