Discovery Call (15 minutes, free)
We start with a quick chat to understand your business and what you need. No commitment, no pressure.
Content Gathering
We collect everything needed to build — your existing content, brand assets, and common customer questions.
Proposal & Sign-off
We send a clear scope document with a fixed price — no hidden fees, no hourly billing. You know exactly what you're getting and what it costs.
Onboarding Call (30 minutes)
We walk through the proposal together, finalise any details, agree how we'll communicate, and set milestone dates. Then we get started.
Development
We build. You don't need to do anything during this phase. We send weekly progress updates with screenshots or a staging link so you can see it taking shape.
First Milestone
We present the first working version on a staging URL. You click around, test it, and give feedback. Two rounds of revisions are included.
Iterate & Refine
We apply your feedback, polish the details, and get everything production-ready.
Final Delivery & Go Live
You approve the final version. We deploy to your live domain. Your customers can now interact with your new website or AI chatbot.
Handoff & Ownership
Everything we build is yours. We hand over full access and ownership:
